Overview
Today Fit is a general fitness and wellness application that creates movement routines from choices you make in the app. This policy describes the current Android test release.
Information used on your device
Your energy, soreness area, available time, session goal, and exercise feedback are processed on your device to create and adjust the current routine. These check-in and exercise-feedback choices are not saved after the app closes.
Information stored on your device
Today Fit stores up to 30 completed-session summaries locally. Each summary contains:
- routine title and completion time;
- estimated duration and number of movements; and
- the number of in-session adjustments.
This local history is used only to show your recent activity. It is not transmitted to the developer.
Collection, sharing, and third parties
The current release does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data. It does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, third-party AI, or purchase SDKs. Today Fit does not access Health Connect, precise location, advertising identifiers, the camera, microphone, contacts, or body sensors.
Retention and deletion
Only the newest 30 session summaries are retained in the app's local storage. You can delete them by clearing Today Fit's app data or uninstalling the app. Android backup and restore settings controlled by you or your device provider may preserve a backup outside the developer's control.
Security
Because the current release does not send your information to the developer, no user-data transfer occurs. Access to locally stored app data is protected by Android's application sandbox and your device security settings.
Health disclaimer
Today Fit provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Stop exercising if you feel sharp or unusual pain. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Children
Today Fit is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. The current release does not knowingly collect information from children or from any other user.
Policy changes
We will update this policy before introducing functionality—such as accounts, subscriptions, analytics, hosted AI, cloud sync, or health-platform access—that changes how information is handled. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
